Crop circles captured in UK a couple of years ago.
With inspiration from Ailsa’s excellent blog
take a look the challenge here “Where’s my backpack”
this’s my version of the theme “Circles”
Circles is a huge theme
almost everything is related to a circle one way or another,
even time for regret – finding back to basics
often happens in a circular motion, rather than a straight line.
Crop Circles.
Crop circles can be both exciting and mysterious
when they pop up from nowhere and isn’t obvious constructed
maybe it is graffiti or intelligent messages from outer space.
Or is it some naughty, imaginative and clever jokers among us
then it is surely a modern type of graffiti.
…..
“Crop Circles are geometric patterns that appear mysteriously in crop fields.
the crop isn’t cut, but is usually laid flat
and most often swirled into an attractive floor pattern.
most patterns appear in cereal crops such as wheat and barley,
but circles have been known to occur (in lesser numbers)
in oilseed rape, maize, linseed, grass and even borage – to name a few
in the US many circles appear in soya, as it grown prevalently in that part of the world”
(Steve Alexander)
If interested – a well-done website,
with this guy named Steve Alexander
who has “shot” crop circles for more then 20 years.

“I like science and I love gym and yeah I like art, but I’m really bad at it
I’m just a terrible “drawer”
I can’t draw a circle.
even not by using a ruler
I can’t draw a straight line”
(Daniel Radcliffe)

A bit like life really…round and round in circles…!

Agree, many things in real life is a matter of circles – like it or not… 🙂
Great original take on the circle challenge. Crop circles are strange. They have started appearing in Australia now too which is a new development.

Thanks – yes it is quite mysterious – and as much mystery also exciting – I had not heard that this phenomenon was also seen in Australia – but of course. there’s plenty of fields with that kinds of crops where it can be seen… 🙂
Always a bit strange, these crop circles, good story.
