Lunchtime
the tiny danish island fishing village called Ballen

the sun was shining, but there were still a few degrees below zero (Celsius)

red wine? should it not be white wine with prawns?

You’re right, but in this case with the cheese I thinks red wines are better… 😉

#.frizztext
In my eyes yeah indeed… 🙂 😉
What a recipe!
For me is completely new the ” union” of shrimps and Gorgonzola , but it sounds appealing!
I’ll tell you,after tasting it!
#.anna
Thanks, I’m really glad that you find it interesting… 😉
Sounds good! I just need to make 2 adjustments due to the fact I am a Veggie,
1. Replace shrimp with Tofu. 😉
2. Replace gorgonzola with nutritional yeast flakes. (not for making alcohol) 🙂
Everything else…. exactly the same! And lots of red wine!! 😉 🙂 🙂
#.resa
Sounds delicious too – and yeah lots of red red wine… 🙂 😉
Oh my, you are open minded!
Most people want to be sick when I say tofu and nutritional yeast in the same sentence. (But it is very yummy)
Much like me, it is a taste to be desired, but has to be acquired!
🙂 Red Wine 🙂
‘hahaha’ – I accept that we all have our own taste – I hate prejudices especially if I find prejudices looking myself… 🙂 😉
Sweet! 🙂 😉

I’m going to try your Gorgonzola cheese. I’ve made a similar recipe with ordinary Cheddar only…and red wine is what we usually have at home although I did wonder also why not the white wine. I guess its because of the gorgonzola…
#.tropical home
There’s a stronger taste of using gordonzola… 🙂
Yes I suggest red wine because of the gorgonzola… 🙂
Thanks, I’ll take note of that 🙂
🙂
I could live there!

El pueblo marinero es precioso. Haré los camarones con gorgonzola -me entusiasma este queso- y los tomaremos con vino tinto. Gracias por la receta, debe estar buenísimo!!!
