The beautiful old danish mill with dutch roots,
(it “immigrated” to a tiny danish island in 1899)
have seen it so many times before – the ultimate sign of spring
dairy cattle are let out on the green grass, after a long winter in the stable
The cows love it and joke around the first hours as playful calves
so when they are milked in the evening, so the milk is certainly shaken.
So it’s ready directly to a cafe latte or cappuccino.
But soon the cattle just eat, eat and relax.
…..
I remember this Dutch mill immigrated to Denmark in 1899 !
This bucolic picture is pure joy!

Yeah a famours mill in my own world placed next to the home of my old parents – so I see it every time I visit them – and like all these changes of the mill (or the surrounding of it) during the year… 🙂 😉
