The term “spot on” considered to be (maybe trendy) slang
as something being absolutely correct, worthy or declaration of excellence
it can also be an indication that had or have to have – the full focus on something.

Know an old couple, hidden in their garden, this bench is their very own spot
they would not destroy the idyll being photographed where their inspiration arises.

We all have (or should had) our special spots of our own
where “our brains could catch up our bodies”
or “our bodies could catch up our brains”
it’s rare they go together along.
