We humans can’t help but putting footprints everywhere.

Many of these clues, we are proud that we leave back.

Many other of these tracks aren’t we proud that we leave back
in this case at this port at this ship
there was it purely diesel oil which evaporates relatively quickly
and no heavier fuel oil that damages a lot more.

“I’m not concerned with your liking or disliking me
all I ask is that you respect me as a human being”
(Jackie Robinson – american athlete)
…
“The eye of a human being is a microscope,
which makes the world seem bigger than it really is”
(Khalil Gibran – lebanese poet)

That third photo is absolutely incredible Drake. So abstract, but so profound. I can see this on the wall of a modern art museum.

Thanks really appreciate your words – it was a lucky punch that day at the port when the ship had bad luck – it was just happens some minutes before… 😉
The second, where’s that?
#.sonofmountmalang
It’s from Northern Ireland, the british part of Ireland… 🙂
Woww! Keren!
wow hey Drake where is this second place what a beauty
and oh you are so right we leave footprints behind and most of them are so nasty, so hurtful to nature..
very thought provoking

Yeah not all “our” footprints are successful…
Great but sad story.

Thanks, it’s from Northern Ireland, the british part of Ireland… 🙂
I had a feeling it was in Ireland, but wasn’t sure it was on the North :O
Both in Ireland, Nortern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England there’s a lots of that kind of ruins – very interesting and inspiring visiting them – but in Franc there’s a lot “well-used” castles aka ruins… 🙂
Thoughtful post. I feel conflicted by man’s hand as well. I wish those people who litter and destroy would see the error in there ways and stop. IT’s so sad really.

Thanks, really appreciate your words – and agree with you – we all have to take care of our surroundings – otherwise we haven’t a second place to go – when we ruined the earth…
Loved this post, I really like the first picture.

It’s a very poignant post! Since I was young I always thought fuel oil in water was very pretty, but I knew it was bad, instinctively. The 3rd shot is like that, pretty and ugly at the same time. You do some amazing shots.
