Broager Church – a characteristic danish building close to the german border.
A pair need not be two identical units
a pair of shoes is usually reversed, even if they are taken on incorrectly
Laurel and Hardy were a couple an odd couple – but memorable
a couple is often something that gives each synergistic effect
that makes 2 shoes too – unless we have only one leg
so one shoe doesn’t make sense.
No no no, a tandem bike isn’t a pair of bicycles..!

Love the cows. SD

On a bike ride I stopped to take a photo – they seemed completely unaffected by this – as if they were used to this attention – like movie stars they stood next to each other – but their curiosity did that they had little closer, to see who I was… 🙂
The church is beautiful! I love the cows too.

A part of my childhood, I live not far from this church and it has always impressed me, as grown up too – on a bike ride I stopped to take a photo – they seemed completely unaffected by this – as if they were used to this attention – like movie stars they stood next to each other – but their curiosity did, that they had little closer, to see who I was… 🙂
Very well solved the theme of the pairs, you always have a good inspiration, congratulations!!

A part of my childhood, I live not far from this church and it has always impressed me, as grown up too – actually my first date start at the church door as meeting point – I was almost 11 and she was 12 – and her father was the vicar, but he didn’t know anything… 🙂 😉
What a fantastic church with the twin spires – it´s magnificent.
Thanks for the links, Drake – I´ll hop over there now 🙂

When I opened this post and saw the pair of steeples…all I could think of was the song we learn in church as wee little ones…♪♪ Here is the church, here is the steeple, open the door and see all the people.

The church is located high in the landscape and can be seen far and wide – a part of my childhood, I live not far from this church and it has always impressed me, as grown up too – actually my first date ever start at the church door as meeting point – I was almost 11 and she was 12 – and her father was the vicar, but he didn’t know anything… 🙂
I love those cows!

I love that! “Like movie stars….”
I have a great enjoyment of cows. I think the quality I most appreciate is their curiosity. Thanks for sharing the story behind the photo!
Cows are wonderful animals and mostly very calm and very curious… 🙂
Lovely pairs, well-paired for a great story!

Thanks a lot – really appreciates… 🙂

I like your post very much and I agree about “a couple is often something that gives each synergistic effect”: great! The church is beautiful and so “northern” for me so “Mediterranean” 😉 I like this srchitectural style.

Thanks a lot, so glad you like it – really appreciates… 🙂
This church isn’t typically danish style – when it was built (1880) the area where it’s located belongs to Germany – in 1920 the area return belonged to Denmark… 🙂
Hej Drake.

Loving the church, but these cows look a bit too chubby!!!

I think it’s in the grass – a pure energy bomb… 😉

Many things be a lot more easy if we allow us using the sinergy effects… 🙂
