Almost in the air

 Enfidha-Hammamet International Airport in Tunesia

To travel is to live” (Hans Christian Andersen – danish poet)

The atmosphere at airports are almost always so rewarding and positive.

Impressive that these gigants can get in the air, isn’t it..?

18 tanker om “Almost in the air

  1. You either love them or hate them, Drake. I’m in the first category. Guess where my husband is? 🙂 Nice that I have something in common with Hans Christian Anderson.
I’ve just been reading a memoir which starts with an air incident when a “thug” burst in on the pilot and tries to wreck the plane! Not so clever 😦

  2. I’ve always loved the excitement of airports, they literally hum with activity. Most people are preparing for an adventure or headed back home, but I do feel for those who may be traveling for less romantic reasons. Are you traveling? Safe flight!

I understands you, I feel the same way – there are always a lot of positive waves in the air – love the atmosphere – I travel a lot – maybe take seat in a passenger seat 120-130 times a year … 🙂

  3. I’ve always been fond of airports!
That international atmosphere was very appealing to me , apart that I loved flying…
Now things have changed a bit , regarding airports, but I still love travelling and agree with H.C. Andersen…
Thank you Drake for this post!
