There is a lovely holiday area near the inlet harbor where it was great to spend a few days free – saw once the danish royal yacht enter this harbor – the “Dannebrog” hit the bow into the dock – but I had no camera, had forgotten it… 😉
i wonder who was the passenger. I saw the Dannebrog in the Sonderberg harbour one day in 2004. Mary and Frederik were visiting Grasten at the time I thnk.
Every time Dannebrog be on summer trips with the royals – so they sail the trip in preparation about one month before without the royals – it’s fixed routine, so the royals weren’t on board – maybe lucky for the captain – it must be said that there is a very insidious stream in this fjord town… 🙂

Great timing! Did you know the tall ship was going to be there?

Not really – but saw it from afar – so I just wait for the tall ship to come… 😉
That was lucky!

Wow, once of those moments when “if only” – did it cause much damage? I wonder if the Captain was disciplined?
Yeah bad luck for me but most the captain… “hehehe”
He wasn’t happy at all, the sailors immediately began with paint brushes
– it was the only damage, as I see it… 🙂

Then he would b wise 2 b cautious of the current in that fjord town. Interesting preparations of the ship.
I think he and the staff learned their lesson… 🙂
When the royals are on board and the local celebrities waiting on the quay there must be no mistake… 😉 😉
