Both food for thought and food for the body is very important
there are some paradoxes associated with food
some parts of the world there they cultivate corn for animal feed
but getting corn from Spain and South America for the humans.
Often we get food from afar in large containers
asparagus from Chile and Peru are worldwide traveling
bananas, coffee, oranges, spices and many other foods are often on long journeys too.
“You don’t need a silver fork to eat good food”
*Paul Prudhomme – american chef de cuisine*
Wonder how many of these containers, which containing food..?

Have passed ports here and there, noticed the big containers (they can’t be missed, of course!) but it never crossed my mind which of them could be containing something….eatable. Food for thoughts, isn’t it?! 🙂
Original take on the theme, Drake – your approaches always are!

Neither do I give much thoughts to what they contain – but wonder more that these impressive ships can float with these big loads – I know the mathematical and physical rules yet so I wonder… 😉 😉
Really do appreciate your words… 🙂
The theme is poignant : I often wonder about what we are doing……..
Thanks for rising this problem….

Definitely do not usually see this part of the food delivery/preparation process. You got me thinking this early AM. 🙂

Yeah no doubt in my mind that you think very well and clear in the early morning as you do rest of the day too… 🙂
