Flowering habits

Kaysersberg 02

We humans are people full of habits, most of all when we think we don’t have any
often we chase what we haven’t because we don’t have it
and don’t appreciate what we have because we have it.

We often take things for granted in our everyday lives
including myself, even though I hate it when it dawns on me.

How many notes on a daily basis how important flowers
they are in the decoration of the streets of the alsatian cities and villages.
The tourists they do, but perhaps those who see it daily sometimes forget it.
I myself living here about half of the year, ashamed to admit often I forgets it too.

We habit people often do not appreciate until we realize that we have lost it.
Maybe this is just how it works about our human relationships too..?

So glad you like it – yesterday (monday) I passed a couple of German tourists who together spoke about all the beautiful flowers – it struck me that I “succeed” myself inattentively to overlook it though I might live in this city four months a year. 🙂

Glad you like it – I guess I “succeed” myself inattentively had overlook it in this case (not proud of it) though I might live in this city four months a year – easy to be a creature of habit… 😀

  2. Yes, you’re right – how many people DO notice all the beautiful flowers? Let’s hope they do now 🙂

Thanks for sharing two links, Drake. Great blogs 🙂

  3. Beautiful pictures, I love flowers and cities decorated with flowers, in Italy we have often this habit even in the little towns. I agree with all you’ve written, it’s true:we often do not appreciate until we realize that we have lost it and.. this is how it works about our human relationships too, unfortunately! Hugs. 😉
