On the “other side” of the river Mersey (on that side they call this side the other side) – it’s a small part of the area between the river Dee and the river Mersey – which both meet the Irish Sea – more south but still not far away we have Wales… 🙂
The space between Wales and Merseyside indeed isn’t negative… 😀
