Whistle down the wind

E 83

Coloured autumn wilderness of the northern english Lancashire
perhaps we should regard nature as a mental “gas station” or “service station”
difficult to remain uninspired walking through the nature’s bombardment of impressions.

The inspiration comes from wonderful “Restlessjo” and her “Monday walk” themes
this is Lancashire, yes a new lazy biking – a perfect place for inspiring “kicks” we all need.

Much too early, thinking about beer – besides so the local pub wasn’t open yet.

Waterways are a important part of the life of Lancashire.

By the way so the title refers to a Lancashire movie from 1961 “LINK

So glad you enjoyed the view – this old waterway called the Leeds-Liverpool Channel is (in my eyes) very fascinating – created long ago for connecting Merseyside at west to Yorkshire about 200 km east – actually you can sail from Liverpool to Newcastle across England… 🙂

With A Smacked Pentax’ Meget spændende område.

  1. I loved the music from that film, Drake! I started to hum it as soon as I saw your title. The barn scene will always stay with me. So sorry I’m late coming to visit. I just arrived back in Liverpool at teatime and the traffic home was terrible. But here I am 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing!
