No way, a boat in the desert – but it’s true.
Indeed, there may be water in the Sahara, just not quite long periods of time.
It evaporates and leaves salt and minerals which are important for many people here.

The winter time give strong rain which create these temporary lakes – but the sun won’t let it happen and they soon gone again and only the salt left back – no fishing or surfing – first time I saw it – then I thought it was a mirage… 😀
