Lack of inspiration

This summer, a few months ago, in the french city of Le Havre.
A sculpture in one of the city park areas near the town hall.
No one had been inspired for sunbathing beside the sculpture there on the lawn.

Perhaps some were a little bit disappointed about that, don’t know.
