Is a very huge supporter of the principle:
“Do you know what you talk about so talk out loud,
knowing nothing about it so shut up and listen”
This is how I feel about these fellows,
which is the very last call to be found in the french forests this year.
The forest floor is teeming with them yet.
Tastes really great when collected by people with sense and knowledge.
As usual inspired by “Restlessjo” and her captivating “Monday walk” themes.
They’re like a lot of good companions, chatting away together. I’d leave them be! 🙂 🙂 Many thanks, Drake! Have a great week!
🙂
What a fun guy you are Drake 🙂
🙂
beautiful and they look delicious
– and taste delicious. 🙂
Cepes, I believe. I found a few this year during my visit and my s-i-l said they found a huge number after I left. It’s one of the upsides of all that moisture. I mostly saw the one with the red caps and white spots that are so beautiful but very poisonous. 🙂

An old retired couple where the man is almost born in the forest – we trust him, so he is the guide and at the head of the collection – then I prepare the food afterwards for all of us. Never gone wrong. 🙂
Or you can take them to a pharmacy.
😀 😀 😀
