Many believe that the badger goes to sleep in late autumn, then wakes up when the spring arrives. Normally it doesn’t go into hibernation, but can sleep for days – quite human-like, right.?
I don’t think we have this type of badger where I live in the States, but I like the looks of him, and it makes me think of “The Wind in the Willows” by Kenneth Grahame.

As I know it’s called “european badger” and lives in entire Europe and most western Asia – remember “The wind in the willows” too. 🙂
I feel I need to follow that badger’s sleeping pattern. 🙂
