Winter picnic

A group of fieldfare (a thrush species) have found a winter feeding paradise.
Apparently with a collaborative division of labor.
Where some eat in the bush and at the same time throw berries to them on the ground.
Down there, a single blackbird has sneaked into the collective.
Blackbirds aren’t that good at hanging in the berry bush and eat at the same time.
