Attached to the slopes of a hill, Chateauneuf de Grasse looks over the surroundings,
with the bay of Cannes in the distance at south – about only twenty km away.
But maybe the charm is inside the village more than the beauty outside.
In french if something is called “chateauneuf or pontneuf”,
just means it is younger than something older.
Not that it is new and never brand new hightech something.
This village is located not far from the town with the scent of Provence.
Namely Grasse, the main center of ingretients of french parfume.
The narrow paths in the village don’t get wider by all the exciting flower pots.
A part of the charm that creates the idyllic atmosphere.

Beautiful. I miss going to France.
Understand you well – and I miss visiting GreatB. 🙂
Perfect match between old and new 🙂
Yes, collaborate at its best. 🙂

Remembered that when you mentioned it. 🙂
😎
The more flowerpots the better!
Knew you would say so – don’t disagree. 😀
Simply gorgeous. We haven’t been here but have been to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, whose wine we love. 🙂
We enjoy that wine too. 😀
