How is it, we are here

D 31

How is it we are here, on this path we walk,
In this world of pointless fear, filled with empty talk,
Descending from the apes as scientist-priests all think,
Will they save us in the end, we’re trembling on the brink.

Men’s mighty mine-machines digging in the ground,
Stealing rare minerals where they can be found.
Concrete caves with iron doors, bury it again,
While a starving frightened world fills the sea with grain.

Her love is like a fire burning inside,
Her love is so much higher it can’t be denied,
She sends us her glory, it’s always been there,
Her love’s all around us, it’s there for you and me to share.

Men’s mighty mine-machines digging in the ground,
Stealing rare minerals where they can be found.
Concrete caves with iron doors, bury it again,
While a starving frightened world fills the sea with grain.

How Is It (We Are Here)

Never mind

You cannot score a goal when you are sitting on the bench.
To do so, you have to dress up and enter the game
*Israelmore Ayivor – ghanaian writer*

On the other side so we will not have success by letting others set the pace.
The world hazards quickly nowadays, we have to hurry to keep up
Hey what helps it to run with the head under our arms.?
Being too rushed given’t better result as only sit on the bench.

A bench close to my old parents home, with view over the sea.

Perfect for making up our minds.

Let the thoughts flow

Probably at the end of nowhere land with the views of nowhere sea.
Could look like the bench of loneliness, but perhaps a truth with modifications.
The feeling of loneliness is said to be stronger in the middle of densely populated areas.
Here is a place people seeks  if they want to be alone with their own thoughts.
While benches in cities are often used as a contact platform, aka talk to me.

Not only a bench, a throne

L 12

A throne is only a bench covered with velvet
*Napoleon Bonaparte – french emperor

Every time I pass this place on my mountain bike
so I will be surprised if this bench is free.
Such a beautiful spot calls for a very long queue
waiting to be able to sit on that throne.
Under the big impressive tree’s protective branches
but still in the limelight from the powerful sunrays.
