Real market business

Make no mistake, the seller may look very relaxed and jovial.
No doubt he is friendly very kind, yet prepared for a good bargain.
If you want to deal, then pick a starting price well below his opening price.

Structured floating chaos

Many ports looks chaotic. a guess, probably structured chaos.

When traveling ie business travel,
then hotel rooms very often seems stereotyped and “boring”
have you seen one, you have seen them all, regardless of degree of luxury
so there is often a high degree of predictability too
not said in a negative sense
If you are going to be in a ‘foreign city’ for a longer or shorter period
so are small guesthouses a nice alternative, often with lots of atmosphere
especially if you have a couple of rooms with harbor views and your desk at the window
then you can follow the “relaxing” bustling atmosphere that often prevails in ports.

Activity both on land and at sea.

Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling
(Cecelia Ahern)

Some claim that their home is their castle
and builds high impenetrable walls around this home
while they feel lonely and unloved at the same time.

Some travel a lot, very much – perhaps in connection with business too
and gain experience with many receptions worldwide
my experience with more than 100 different hotels
is that they are all doing a good job for the guests
really feel at home while they are at the hotel
there have only been a few bad experiences
my experience is that they know that satisfied customers are their way to success
and as a customer the best service you get by talking with the staff and not to staff.
