History has become beach art, attractions for all regardless of age.
Whilst the sea and the sand collectively enter the exhibition.
Once in the future, the history is gone.
Somehow a progress if we learned something.
Weekly photo challenge “Unusual“.
Four men in a sailboat by the quayside.
One of them up in the mast engaged in arranging sails.
Of course with a pocket camera too.
A cute girl apparently heading straight to the boat.
Could be the perfect dream,
because she had a bag of goodies in one hand and a red wine in the other.
But she continued straight to the boat next, it was the end of that dream.

“Ponte dei Sospiri”
“The Bridge of Sighs”
Maybe the worlds most “dangerous” bridge ever..!
The bridge itself is safe enough – the bridge is escape secured and made of white limestone and has windows with stone bars – it passes over the Rio di Palazzo and connects the “new” prison to the interrogation rooms in the Doge’s Palace
it was designed by Antoni Contino
(whose uncle Antonio da Ponte had designed the Rialto Bridge in Venice)
the bridge was built in 1602.
So far so good.
But a local legend says that lovers will be granted eternal love and bliss
if they kisses while they are on a gondola at sunset under the Bridge Of Sighs.
So take care who you kiss under this bridge
or who you let kiss you.
Kiss only if you are absolutely sure, that you are kissing the only one.

Keeping the steam up requires focus.
Because we don’t use steam machines anymore.
Don’t make it less necessary to maintain focus.
A man on his way into the flower shop.
Probably he has one he wants to be friends with.?
Weekly photo challenge “Friend“.
Evanescent but still stonewashed.
Waves no matter sizes are fast gone.
Tending to become imperceptible, but their footsteps live long.
Weekly photo challenge “Evanescent“.
Incorrectly we act like we have inherited the earth from last generation.
But in fact we have only borrowed it from the next generation.
