Grazing ouessant sheep, in fact on Ouessant.
What do we humans know about the splendor of grass.?
We use it to lie on when we sunbathe,
or if not beating it with lawn mower incessantly.
Sheeps get to know (if anyone do) the secret behind the grass
– finds all the most delicious blades of grass, even in the dark.
Inspired by this week “Splendour in the Grass” theme in the “Friendly Friday”.
“Something to ponder about“
“The grass isn’t always greener on the other side”
*Ricky Gervais – english writer*
Not much grass at all here, so I enjoy seeing it online even more now. 🙂 Happy Sunday, Drake, although I realize yours is almost over.

Seven pm, so most of the sunday gone. 🙂
Grass have many colors. 🙂
Ricky Gervais – english writer ? are you sure ? 🙂
Do you know something I do not – english comedian, actor, writer, producer, and director born in Reading.? 🙂
He is an exceptional artist, actor, producer and director. Creator of the excellent series “The Office” (my favorite series). But I didn’t know he was a writer (I just found his books on the internet).
About the quote I think it’s an old French expression.
Thank you for the post 🙂
Lots of quotes are older than we think – the reason why I always add a name, so people don’t think that I think I’m the first to say so. 🙂
Not a fan of Ricky Gervais as a person, but I do like the American version of the Office. And I am a fan of your grass photogs. Good point you make about grass having many colours. Thanks for joining in with this weeks Friendly Friday Photo Challenge.
Something like a television set, we don’t own one. 😀 If never is more than +20 years, then we have never had one. 🙂 Movies and other things we rent online via pc, and news comes online by themselves. So there are many things we don’t know about, but we’re still alive. Said with a big smile and a paraphrase of a Lennon quote “Television is what happens while we live life”. 😀
Don’t know much about RG, but know much about grass as born far out the countryside. 😀
My husband loves TV and his family have secersl, one in each room almost. Me, I don’t like it, but do like to watch Scandinavian shows. I think a lot of younger people just stream TV shows on their devices watching very little if any on a TV now. I agree it is a passive activity that can replace purposeful activity.
Nothing bad said about television from here, but it isn’t our way of life. We like life being alive. Touch people in real life (know it is hard at the time being) – connect people eye to eye, it is imho the best way of life. 🙂
A great philosophy I entirely agree with. TV tends to kill conversation at times.
