Visiting Denmark on the tiny island where I was born.
Even though new houses are being added, the old ones still exist.
The golf course has sheep as “greenkeepers”, ie only the edges,
as payment they can watch for free all the golfers trying to hit the balls.
The deer is curious, yet vigilant.
A lone young goose vulture on “tourist visa” at the moment.
Extremely rare so high to the north, usually living around the Mediterranean.
Walk inspired by “Restlessjo” and her captivating “Monday walk” themes.

I’m all about tiny
Agree, it isn’t always size matters. 😀
Looks like a beautiful place, Drake.
All surrounded by the sea, actually located in the middle of Denmark. 🙂
What a lovely place, I like the old houses. The vulture is very exceptional indeed.
Thanks for sharing Drake, have a lovely day 🙂

Rudi
So glad you enjoyed these views. 🙂
No place like home, Drake! Thanks for sharing.
Born there but haven’t live there so many years – the first four years of my life and a bit later three more years as young teenager. But really enjoy our visits there. 🙂
