
The pettacolari Grotte del Bue Marino located on the eastern coast of italian Sardinia
The sea cavities are fifteen kilo meters long divided into two main branches:
the north branch that has become fossilized due to the ceased activity isn’t accessible;
the south branch about nine hundred meters long,
which can be visited thanks to equipped paths and illuminated routes.
Inside the cave the sea water penetrates making special mood,
added with numerous freshwater lakes feed by small underground rivers.
