Aquatic plants.?

At sea between Iceland and the Faroe Islands, there aren’t countless wild flowers.
But in fact lots of water, a wilderness of water.
This creature was at sea too, by the way where it lives.
What it looks like gliding past the boat in the water, as one of the women on board said:
“Damn what a throw that bride has done with that bridal bouquet”.
